The problem
Alisar had what is called dental agenesis, where the upper lateral incisors had never formed, meaning she had two spaces between her upper canines and central incisors. This meant she had a space (diastema) between her central incisors.

The solution
As this was a complicated case, two different specialists were involved. Our implantology specialist and our specialist in cosmetic dentistry. Together they created a treatment plan to coordinate the position of the dental implants and ensure good dental aesthetics.
The result
Following surgical treatment, two implants were fitted as well as cosmetic dental work including two crowns on the upper lateral incisors and veneers. This gave the patient much better functionality as well as greatly improving the look of their teeth.
